THE WHOLE SHOP

Private events take place inside of Golden Coffee and in the outdoor fenced courtyard located in the back of the building, and includes our small event room should you need the extra space.

$100/hr

  • -  A total of 32 seats

    -  2 two person table tops

    - 4 four person table tops

    - 1 six person table top

    (We do have some extra folding tables and folding chairs available if needed upon request.)

    - Staff member on site to help setup, tear down, and serve our full coffee/tea menu if desired.

    - Free house coffee including cream and sugars

  • - 4 four person table tops

    - 16 outdoor chairs (with more upon request if needed)

    Tables and chairs can be moved or rearranged as desired. 

  • 75 indoor, up to 250 indoor/outdoor (only if the garage door is open that connects to the back patio)

  • Golden Coffee Co. is available to rent anytime outside of business hours. Rental times can be anytime between 4pm - 8pm Monday - Saturday, and 2pm - 8pm Sundays 

  • All linens, flatware, dinnerware, serving utensils etc are the responsibility of the renter or caterer. Caterers are responsible for all of their necessary supplies.

  • Feel free to bring any extra decor you may need for your event to make it fit your vision! However, everything must be set back to the way it was before when the event ends.

  • There will be a barista on site who can serve our full drink menu if desired. Drip coffee is on the house and included in your rental. Any other drinks from our menu can either be purchased by guests, or the renter can start a tab to be closed out at the end of the event if renter wants drinks to be free to guests.

  • For private events, renters are allowed to BYOB and are responsible for serving it / having it available for guests. Baristas will not serve alcohol for you from behind our bar. Alcohol must be free of charge to guests and cannot be sold in any capacity. Alcohol is strictly prohibited outside of Golden coffee co, and can only be consumed indoors or in the fenced outdoor courtyard. It is not allowed on the sidewalk outside the front of the building.

THE SMALL ROOM

Our small event room is located directly next to Golden Coffee, and is connected by a sliding door to the coffee shop. It also has a separate sidewalk entrance as well as a big garage door that can be opened on warm days!

$50/hr

  • Our small room is furnished with a work table (seats 6), couch, armchairs and coffee table.

    OR

    Upon request, we have 4 folding tables and chairs that can be set up instead to accommodate up to 24 guests.

  • Upon request, we have a large white photo / video back drop that we can set up for photo shoots if you are a photographer looking for an indoor, naturally lit space to take photos! Any other props / decor you may need, feel free to bring with you.

  • Our small event room is best for up to 25 people. This is a smaller, more intimate setting as the room is only about 300 square feet.

  • Our small room is available to rent anytime within normal business hours. Rental times can be anytime between 7am - 4pm Monday - Saturdays and 7am-2pm on Sundays.

  • All linens, tablecloths, flatware, dinnerware, serving utensils etc are the responsibility of the renter or caterer or renter. Caterers/renters are responsible for all of their necessary supplies.

    You are allowed to bring outside food into the room for your event if you choose.

  • Decorating the space for your event is the responsibility of the renter! Feel free to bring decor, more tables, different chairs, anything you may need to make the space fit your vision for your party!

  • Golden coffee co. will of course be open for business right next door! Feel free to come on over and purchase anything from our menu. You are also allowed to bring in any non-coffee drinks for your event if you choose.

  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited for this rental option and is not allowed in any capacity.

  • If you are a local business a part of Prineville’s chamber of commerce and you don’t have a good physical location to host your chamber perk event, our small event side room is perfect for that!! House coffee is included if booking for a perk (with cream & sugars!).
